Kleber Miranda brings more than 30 years of pharmaceutical business development and global market strategy to PHP Biotech’s Advisory Board, with depth in the business development and commercial pathways that connect innovative therapeutics to markets across Brazil, Latin America, the USA, Europe, and Asia.

Miranda is the CEO of Molkom, a Belo Horizonte–based firm (founded 2009) that leads customer-centric business development across the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, nutraceutical, and chemical sectors — spanning active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), finished formulations, R&D partnerships, licensing, and M&A. His career includes senior commercial leadership roles as a Regional Manager at Sanofi, South America Manager at Aurobindo, and a Latin America and Caribbean Director at Glenmark, giving him firsthand experience of how multinational pharmaceutical companies structure licensing and market entry. He is a founder and board member of MKM Biotech — a venture accelerator supporting pharmaceutical and biotech startups — and an investor in PHP Biotech, Remederi, and others. Miranda launched Molkom Pharma in the USA in 2026, which will promote American products worldwide and bring innovative products from abroad into the U.S. market. He also dedicates time as Vice President of ADEF, an NGO supporting family development in Brazil.

With 23 years of international business development experience across more than 21 countries, Miranda focuses on strategic partnerships, biotech and pharma startup support, and long-term growth through innovation and market differentiation. For PHP Biotech, his network and dealmaking expertise are directly relevant to the licensing, co-development, and commercialization partnerships that a platform company built around PHP53-nb and GEN01-AD will need to pursue, particularly for market access in Latin America and beyond.
