Oswaldo Bighetti Neto brings two decades of corporate-law and strategic-business leadership to PHP Biotech’s Executive Committee, providing guidance on corporate governance, capital planning, and enterprise scaling — the legal and structural backbone that a growing biotech requires as it raises capital and enters partnerships.

He earned his law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP) and later completed an MBA in Economic and Corporate Law at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV Direito SP), among the most respected legal-education institutions in Brazil. He is the founder of Bighetti Neto Advocacia, a corporate law practice, and is an active member of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), having held registration in São Paulo (OAB/SP) as well as Santa Catarina and Rio de Janeiro. He has served as Vice President of the Business Law Commission of the OAB/SP Santo Amaro subsection.
