With a background in Medicine and Infectious Diseases and more than 30 years of leadership experience in academia and clinical research, Dr. Motti has made significant contributions to pharmaceutical development. He has held key positions in well-established pharmaceutical companies—including Aché Laboratories, Pfizer, Merck & Co., Bayer—and in Contract Research Organizations (CROs).
In recognition of his expertise, he was awarded the prestigious Global Fellow in Medicines Development in 2020 by the International Federation of Associations of Pharmaceutical Physicians and Pharmaceutical Medicine (IFAPP). As a Senior Consultant in Clinical Research and Medical Strategy, Dr. Motti provides valuable guidance to biopharmaceutical companies and academic organizations, supporting the successful planning and execution of clinical trials and the development of medical strategies aligned with regulatory expectations and the latest scientific advances.
